  1. Usually with these kinds of things - the tanks get there because they're too big to steal. But the fuel, spare parts and support equipment all get sold on the black market making them near useless. It's a common pattern in these kinds of deeply corrupt "aid" programmes.

  3. Thank goodness that as the NHS crumbles, our borders don't exist , crime rockets and everything in Britain crumbles - there is an unlimited budget for wars of choice.
