@tm-te9mh Preamble is not pre-condition, a militia is not government controlled, and "shall not be infringed" is totally unambiguous. Thank you for admitting you are in favour of "violating" freedoms with background checks. BTW - your description of ordinary Americans as "plebs" is very telling as to your attitude towards them.

@tm-te9mh 1. You should not be allowed to own firearms since you seek to deny ownership to others. 2. You should also not be allowed to vote without a permit. People like me will decide if you are responsible enough. That's how things are done in your woke world isn't it?
