Why would it be any crazier to do a Barbie film where she's a good little trad-wife than one where she's slinging man-hating feminism around? As a society we've become so rabidly hostile to basic masculine/feminine dynamics that were the norm for the whole of history: we all somehow think that would be absurd - and yet one where little girls are encouraged to hate and despise half the human race, is somehow "normal".

@harrygarris6921 The one that leads to negative birth-rates, more abortions, more broken homes, more lonely people, more fatherless children, more suicides, more crime, more drug-abuse, more mental illness, and more general degeneracy and decay - is the bad one.

@nerissarowan8119 "millions of years of human dynamics" Humans have not existed for "millions of years". And no - "women warriors" are are largely an invention of tabloid history and feminist fantasy. The reason it gets so much publicity when it happens is because it's vanishingly rare. And no - there are no matriarchal societies if by that you mean ones where women held the positions of power and authority.
