  1. For the left, crime is both ideologically correct as it "redistributes", but it is also politically useful since it makes people afraid to leave their homes which is very useful if you want to control them.

  2. I've been saying for some time the left are actively trying to increase all categories of crime. I only ever see more and more evidence for that.
