I now live in the US and whenever I visit India I find that breathing is heavier and there is more pressure on my lungs and chest, as well as throat irritation. This is because in foreign countries we get used to living in air that has an AQI of 20-50. At the time of writing this comment, even a city like New York City has an AQI of 27. Instead of criticizing others like Bryan who have spent millions to take care of their body, the anger should be directed at the government which is taxing the middle class out of existence and refuses to provide a solution for improving the air quality of India.

  25. This is true. I remember the time when my grandfather was dying and I was only 13. He went to sleep at night and he was very sick. The whole family sat in his room while he slept. After sleeping for about 45 minutes he woke up and said that the time has come. He said to my father "tumhari mummy aagayi hai". He then passed away peacefully. She was accepting of me getting a tattoo and ear piercings which my dad wasn't very happy with. She lives in Lucknow while her husband and daughters have been trying unsuccessfully to get a covid test for the past 3 days. She has a high fever and everyone in the house is showing covid symptoms, but unfortunately private hospitals are turning them down because of two reasons. 1st reason: There is no space for accommodation 2nd reason: Private hospitals have been given order by the govt to avoid admitting patients as that can cause the covid numbers to rise. So, unofficially India is the worst hit country right now. Please take all the precautions because the government will kill you and even after you die, they will not have room to give you a proper cremation. Keep in touch with some doctors online and do as they say. The situation is very bad. Stay safe!

Your vote technically doesn't count if you are a Republican in California, or a Democrat in Alabama. This also another reason why the voter turnout in the Presidential election is usually low. Also, electors just don't make sense and some of them vote faithless for people that weren't even on the ballot. In 2016, Kasich (who was eliminated in the Republican primary) won an electoral vote, and so did Bernie Sanders. Ron Paul, who didn't even run in 2016 got an electoral vote and so did Colin Powell, Secretary of State under President George W. Bush. Sec. Powell has never run for President but he still got an electoral vote. The electoral college has to go.

It allowed me to buy a decent enough car, rent a 2 bedroom apartment for myself, and after that I am able to save a few hundred. I wanted to be able to save more money so I started doordashing. I do DoorDash whenever I feel like it, but I have set a goal to make at least $100/week doing that. It's really not that hard and I am more than comfortable and happy with my stuff

He voted for Trump in 2016 but this year he is not. He checked the facts and Trump wasn't being honest. Let's say Jack is 28 years old and is severely injured in a car crash. He needs intensive care so instead of refusing to treat him just because he is uninsured is totally wrong. The government should pay off Jack's medical bills. Let's say the bill costs $12000. So now that Jack is fine and a month later is back to work he is entitled to pay the government $12000. The government should make such a scheme, and if Jack earns $4000 a month then fix twelve one-month instalments of $1000. In a year Jack would have paid off his bills to the government and would also be safe and alive. So, that's what the government should do. America is called a superpower, it is one of the strongest countries in the whole world then why do we have such a reckless health care system. Canada, our northern neighbor has a better healthcare and so does UK, our neighbor across the Atlantic. It's high time that the healthcare system of America be changed

  467. I proudly voted for Fetterman and I kind of had this inkling that he would be a centrist Senator. His progressivism was only limited to winning the democratic primary. He comes from a blue-collar family and his parents were registered republicans who switched over only to vote for their son in the primary.   616. The State Government should do something to discourage people from moving. My grandfather was born and raised in Texas but he moved to Virginia for college and ended up spending his whole life in Virginia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I remember making visits to Texas as a child and the state was in all senses a true paradise. My parents moved in 2003 and I moved in 2007 to the place where we actually belong from. Since then Texas has been getting much more crowded and it's low cost of living is now going pretty high. I really hope that Texas doesn't end up like California.

  628. The campaign was insane, to the point where I believed that JD Vance was a horrible pick. But every day since the election, I am proven wrong. The spread of misinformation was to an extreme level, where the establishment on both sides managed to portray a young, bright, cheerful, and charismatic leader as someone who would be incredibly dangerous as Vice President

  629. I agree with almost everyone in the comment section, that Trump is guilty and that Congress should start doing its job. But the problem over here is that to impeach the president we require half of the house of representatives and two-thrids of the Senate to vote against the president. The impeachment bill may pass from the House of Representatives, considering that the democrats have a majority in the house but the republicans have a majority in the Senate. Even if the democrats had had a majority it would still be insufficient to remove Trump because we need 67 senators to vote against him. We can only get Trump impeached by talking to our senators. I live in Pennsylvania and we have one democratic senator, Bob Casey Jr., and one republican senator, Patt Toomey. I know that Casey will vote against Trump but I have started writing to Toomey to vote against Trump or we Pennsylvanians won't vote for you in 2022. So we need to write to our senators because they are the ones who will impeach Trump, and we are more powerful than our senators because we voted them into power. So we will have to write to them to vote as we wish and not as they wish. If they do not act as we wish then we simply don't elect them.

  631. With all due respect, I don't understand why the companies should be held accountable. The person posting stuff on that platform should be aware of such thing. Accounts were removed by Facebook and Twitter, that contributed to the insurrection, and went against their guidelines.
