@rafial81 Rent control is another way of left wing tyrant way to push their failures on public. Rents are increasing bcoz of inflation, cost of borrowing, housing shortage, property hoarding, saturation into GTA, Poor federal immigration policies, influx of incompetent students who drive cab and trucks instead of their field of study and atmost those real estate companies that are buying properties in market and selling them sharing profits with pimp bureaucrats
