  1. According to trusted city hall sources Mayor gave instructions to dig streets in certain areas in city but to never finish projects. In result projects in garden district, lower garden, warehouse and uptown take longer or never get to finish. Mayor pays more attention to Road projects in New Orleans EAST and WEST BANK.
