@Volkan-uh2by except it was not a surprise attack. Ukraine was warned by Russia days and even weeks in advance that if they do not stop their "anti-terrorist operation" in Donbass, Russia gonna do aomething about that. And US/UK intelligence did know the exact time of Russia starting their "special military operation". All the government officials of Ukraine managed to get their families out of Ukraine a day before it started. All the oligarchs were notified before it as well and got out a day before. So no, there was no surprise at all.
