  3. Except palestine is not a country. And no. Russia/Ukraine the same as Israel/terrorists are just small local wars. Russia vs Ukraine will never escalate to anything more, cause nobody wants a nuclear war. Israel vs terrorists may escalate to Syria or so joining. Which once again will end with a somewhat bigger local war. Neither Russia nor USA is gonna participaze directly, cause once again they do not want nukes landing in their backyard. The only "bigger" player to join the fray may be Iran. But Iran will not join the fight, cause that would mean losing troops and opening their side to attacks from other neighbors and that is the best case. Worst case Israel is gonna nuke them. So they are gonna just sponsor terrorists like they are doing now.
