  1. The .. sortof "benefit" of speed cameras for rich people is that its just a fine. You typically don´t lose your license. So they can just blasst past the speed cameras and pay the fine. or.. typically. they would have GPS that tells them where the speed cameras are. If they miss one, big deal, just pay the fine. The reason why a lot of people in USA don´t like roundabouts is that there use to be something called a circular crossing in USA that is simular to a roundabout, but not quite the same. They was horrible. And they spent a lot of money making them and removing them. So older people hate them.
