@JanHurych that is typically argon. Of its a aluminum list on the inside its typically argon window. They also have a greenish tint that have a film on the outer most glass to reflect all the IR radiation away cutting the heat radiated by about 30%

@krystofpopela7010 I have a simular door bit with plastic frame. It was hell of heavy when we installed it. Needed two people just to raise it up. My door is 210x90cm

It's the frames that are expensive. The glass is dirt cheap

It's law in all of EU. Any glass under 80cm have to be hardened. (And under 100cm if its built after a specific year). That is why often old doors have two windows one low and one high. The low one is hardened made at the time hardened glass was expensive. Its very cheep now. The glass can by as thin as 4mm, so it don't have to be very heavy.

Those are argon insulated. Vacuum windows looks very difrent

@stephanweinberger The vaccum sealed windows are actually quite thin. But they have tiny mm large spacers in 50mm intervals. They are almost invisible if you look on the window head on, but with a bit of angle, they are quite obvius.

@Pidalin air gap windows are nor uncommon. Is they are used the right way they hardly ever get condensation. Before argon become common that was only insulated windows we had. Here in nordic countries we got plenty of 3 thick window wit 2 air gaps before the argon windows start to be affordable in the 70s, the typically just 2 glas. Then in the 90s 3 glass argon windows. Typically wirh 8-12mm argon gap. Now modern windows often have 18-24mm argon gaps being quite a bit better. I seen windows that have r glass wirh 2 argon gap and 1 air, but never wirh 3 argon gap. Seams to not exist yet.

@HermanWillems Well the glas is more expensive, but the frames are still more expensive. Its true that the PVC frames are cheaper, but if we talk about wood or alumium frames they are way more expensive. And its really not the material, but rather the labour. And of cause the opening mechanism is also not cheap
3
@HermanWillems I don´t know if they fallen in price, but i checked a few years back in 2019 and a 2.4.x2.4 meter harden 3 glass insulation window cost €570 at that point, to day it coast $840, that is considerably more, but still really quite that expensive. While that can of cause be because gas is not that expensive any more

@HermanWillems There might be some backlog that keep the price up. But the gas price is not really that much higher today today than in 2018-2019. So i suspect the price will inch downwards over the next 2 or 3 years.

3:24 it's not solid, that is a two pane window. Even the cheeo ass doors I got have the same functions and they are tripple glass argon. The diffrance on the cheep is that they have have plastic frame and they are not quite as easy to open and close. You have to use a bit of force. On the other hand they are like a quarter of the price. 6:00 €65 is more like $60 nowdays. You can get them considerably cheaper of you know where to shop and if you are a bit flexible in time. I got hotels for down to €30 per night wirh breakfast for 2 and it was a really nice one. (2019)

@GamingInfested Its quite common in public areas, but i never seen homes for private homes use it
