  1. It's sort of a od truck. Scania does make loads of 4 door trucks, but those are mostly like for fire fightets and other specialty unit, not semi. The extended cab usually don't have a living room but rather a kitchen and usually no door. I do think the bed is original, and also the TV. Most of the largest trucks got a bunk. Even the one that really looks like they don't.
