  1. I worked as a bartender in Sweden and its effectively illegal to be drunk at a pub or bar here to. If someone is drunk its illegal to give them more alcohol. What we usually do is just give them a glass of water, and generally, being quite drunk, they just take the glass and walk away. But the law is that they are not alowed to act intoxicated, its not like driving a car where there is a specific limit

  2. The "law" in Japan is not a legal law, its more a low in the same way mores law is a law. Is stated that you shoud be under that limit because if you are not, your heath will punish you
