  1. It would seam like selling stuff in the stores are more expensive in Europe. For very high volume stuff like food, it seams that it don´t matter. But for lower volume stuff like electronics, the diffrance is really quite big. And most people don´t want to spend the extra money really unless its a emergency. For coffee shops is kind of similar. Its to expensive to just go and take a coffee or sit and work. People go there to meet friends or a date or something. Starbucks is just to corporate. I wouldn´t call most of those cultural differences... Well wallmart yes... or.. well.. sort of.. does people even like that in the US? isn´t it really that wallmart simply is so large they effectively own the market?
