I traveled quite a bit in Europe as a kid.... lets see how many i visited. Luzern - Yes, it really is a cool city. Its like medieval on crack London - Yea, been there a couple of times, really think its rather overrated. Its a big city yes. But its sort of deminishing return when cities get bigger and bigger. And distances is so huge and the tube is really slow Granted i´m not really a city tourist. Been to Spain, Portugal, Czechoslovakia. I really dislike the very large cities. They are typically very samy and just long distance to walk. That is.. typically every city have there style and don´t look like each other. But most of the inner city looks a alike. There are plenty of really old smaller towns to visit. Even if you want to be lazy.. well something i personalty like. There are cruses both in the Baltic and Mediterranean that just check of the medium and smale cities one by one. Maybe me that is lazy, but its way nicer than driving all day then checking in at a hotel and well going around the streets. Often talk about cruise ships for old people, but ... its really not, its for practical people. It might be different in Europe but the average age is not really that high
