  2. Styx is right: if your property can be confiscated for non-payment of property taxes THEN YOU DON'T ACTUALLY OWN IT. And if you don't own it you don't owe the governmental entity any ownership taxes. Life, Liberty and the State's Property.

  3. It's not illegal to carry a firearm while intoxicated; it just puts you in an altered set of circumstances. It's a tough sell in court, but drunks have the right to defend their rights just the same as everyone else.

  4.  @ChaosSwissroIl  The U.S. armed forces uses the M4 and variants, and it is not a full-auto weapon; it has a selector switch that can allow semiauto and also two-round bursts. (Used to be three-round bursts, but the third shot is uncontrollable in varying degree (depends on the person). To review, either one shot per trigger pull or two rounds per trigger pull. There is no full auto capability. There are full auto M-60 machine guns, but they are crew-served, and not carried individually because of the weight of both the gun and the ammo. Typically it's a two-man team, or sometimes three. Gunner and loader-spotter, or Gunner, loader and spotter. The M-60 alone weighs as much as Sheila Jackson Lee.
