  1. The Governor is a Democrat. He will not act. The 17-year old who shot several people was being chased by a mob of 15-20 people, several armed themselves. He was then filmed turning himself into police a couple blocks away, with his hands in the air. They did not arrest him, so I think he went home, which is across the state line in Illinois. A fugitive warrant was issued for him and he is charged with first-degree murder...
