  2. I must confess I have never been as successful in using search engines as I would like to be. Part of the problem is the way search engines are designed - they use popularity as a scheme, and they are not particularly good at separating good popularity from bad. I encountered another problem with the word "adverse" in the search criteria: 95% or better of the returns will deal with alleged "adverse" effects of cannabis, most of which are BS and drug hysteria. But I DID find this, and it addresses my point specifically: http://veteransformedicalmarijuana.org/content/general-use-cannabis-ptsd-symptoms I don't believe I would have ever found this if I hadn't removed "adverse" from the search criteria, although you will see I used the word correctly in context.
