  1. House-Senate-House-Senate. I didn't know that! That seems eminently sensible to me. It creates a natural boundary to pork barrel politics. Wanna pass your pet bill into law? GET READY TO WORK FOR IT. I wish VA would adopt this arrangement. The highway bills would generally breeze through; anyone who has ever driven through VA on an interstate will tell you that we PRIORITIZE our highways. They pretty much come first; we want the tourists and pass-throughs to have a very pleasant experience. Y'all come back soon, HEAH? This sometimes is done to the detriment to the educational systems. The teachers are by-and-large second and third-generation bozos anyway.
