  1. CBD oil is legal in all 50 states, I'm pretty sure. CBD alone cannot give you a buzz.

  2. CBD products contain no THC whatsoever, and are legal all over the U.S., I believe. THC and CBD have no overlapping effects and are unrelated in that sense. You cannot get high on a barrel of CBD. CBD is used in pain relief, and is going to be part of a nationwide effort in several years to try and get people off opioid dependencies. CBD and Cannabis Oil ("Hash Oil") are often confused.

  3. I got banned for all time in the online comments sections in the Washington Times. This was about 4-5 years ago, maybe more. I expletively lit into a guy who was making really awful, vile racist comments. It was too much. They act as if there's a way to get un-banned but there is no one listed. There's just no way. I doubt if the racist was banned.
