  2. They can sue. They can win a judgement. But they'll never get their firearms back. And how can you be sure to have your lawyer there? They don't actually TELL you when they're coming to fuck your rights in the ass, you know!

  4. I am not sure about the Canadian Supreme Court, but Hell is likely to freeze over before the SCOTUS would agree to hear such a case.
