  3. Those officers were wrong they should not be in law enforcement and I normally back officers decisions being retired law enforcement. The male officers was terrified of the dog who was not aggressive just concerned about his owner. The female officers couldn’t even control the suspect with empty hand techniques and the male officers was too afraid of the dog to assist. They should have not jumped to arrest him for a ticketable offense. They turned a simple citation into a shit sandwich and now this veteran has lost his security blanket. Those officers should be retrained or fired
