@markmullins132 ya dude, I'm no expert but sounds to me like you "know a lot about bodybuilding" with only calisthenics or something 🤣, not that that's bad, they're great and I love them, and they can be underrated, but they won't build as much size as these guys who've been progressing with weights for years. Or you've only met people with shitty genetics or not devoting their life to it idk
