@Glitchin ThematriX So, the defense. department has admitted to not being able to account for 7 trillion, yes 7 trillion. Our national defense increases each year, and we just increased it by 40 billion. 40 billion is the same number Bernie used to say how much it will cost to send people to college. Now I'm not saying we should fund everyone's college. The point is that there is plenty of money to help kids and schools. The problem is that some politicians want to take money away from education and think the poorest communities can someone provide high-level education. It's almost like some want people to have a worse education than their parents got. Look at Montana. They want to ban basic science to kids, like gravity, how stupid is that?

@Mike A. 80s wasn't a booming economy, two recessions, and a stock market crash. I live next to old farmers, and they got crushed during the 80s. Also, oil jobs in 80s, ouch. 80s was good for some, but overall, most people didn't get any boom.
