  19. This kid had issues before he got a gun. Can't we agree there should be a database for people like this? Not keeping then from guns for ever, but possibly having to prove there are sane before getting a gun. It was know he was planning something but that never gets to the gun shop. The gun shops get made out to be the bad guy but they can't cross-reference information before selling a gun.
