  1. What a typical GOP move. Instead of doing their job as Congress they want to have someone else do their job. A non government department with no power or authority will decide the budget? Also, GOP hates non elected officials but they wanted non elected officials to make decisions. Finally, instead of passing immigration reform they want execution orders, how funny.
