@Lenny1337i so the hundreds or thousands of acres approves for new drilling, and record amount of new permits issued, that is not a administration issue. Private compaines are not stepping up when they can, you said it yourself, they're more concerned with shareholders and profit.

So that is the reason why US oil companies aren't ramping up production? It's appears Joe's favorite regulation bit has no merit. Also why is there no signal uS compaines are going to increase production, they have had 6 months.

@Lenny1337i right, you just want to worry about making record profits and not trying to help just a bit more. Also there is an opportunity to fill Europe's need for oil from Russia, but I guess let's not try and do that. How can US be energy independent of companies do not produce more?

@Lenny1337i the administration isn't keeping private oil companies from producing more. So, is it oil compaines don't want to do to uncertainty or due to administration?
