There you go, he said it. It's not regulations that are keeping oil companies from producing more, it's they don't think profits warrant it, and they want to keep making large profits now.

@BP's wait what, there hasn't been won built in almost 50 years, that's bidens fault? Nothing is holding back more oil production other than private oil companies choosing to do so. By the way, more oil is being produced now vs. last administration, and the US is the worlds leader in oil/natural gas. Oil companies want large profits and are choosing not to ramp up production.
