  1. There you go, dude said oil companies are paying back investors and stock buy backs instead of investing in production. Joe loves to talk about regulations hurting production but that isn't the case here. Private oil compaines are choosing to not increase due to once in a lifetime profits. There is an ability for private compaines to compete for European energy needs but they won't.
