  2. You forget the NBA was losing millions in 70s and early 80s per year, they even got kicked off TV and the NBA finals were on tape delay. How did the NBA turn it around and become profitable?

  3. ​@saintxeno777 As far as marketing and driving viewers, CC is MJ. I'm not talking about dunking but brining in people and sponsorship. Also, CC college tournament games were watched by more people than NBA finals. Also, her pro games were watched on TV at dame or higher pace than NBA games.

  4. ​ @saintxeno777 You're conflating issues. Your speaking too skills, I'm talking about brining in new viewers. Remember, the NBA was losing money in the 70s and early 80s. NBA players were making layups in 70s and 80s but losing money and finals were on tape delay. So, how do you bring in new viewers and sponsors? You need players who can play and also be marketable. CC can do both those things. Just look at the increase in viewers, sponsors, and new fans.
