  1. Roberts is extremely smart. However, he is a terrible leader and manager. The leaked Dobbs decision, Alito giving weird speeches, Thomas going crazy with gifts and influence his wife uses for political gain. Roberts hasn't been able to keep the court separate from judicial activism. Some say Thomas should resign, but in my opinion Roberts shoukd for failure of leadership.
