  1.  @dystopian-future  Well first you need to understand that "veganism" isn't a diet but an ethical practice. That being said, there is an overwhelming amount of scientific evidences pointing in the direction that a whole full plant based diet is optimal for human health. That doesn't mean necessarily 100% vegan, it can be but from a health point of view there is no evidence to believe that 90% WFPB is different from 100% .
