I remember reading years ago that Japan's cybersecurity minister was a gentleman who wasn't ashamed of not even knowing how to turn on a computer! People said I was exaggerating, that he had a great team and that his job was to coordinate that team so they could get the job done. I laugh about it a lot to this day. The 'boss' knows the least of everyone, he's in the highest position and completely at the mercy of the information that's passed on to him!
