  1. I had a teacher who used to say that we should all be masters of our computing lives, otherwise someone else would do it, usually a company, and a company doesn't put the consumer first, it puts its sights on profit above all else. While I don't use Microsoft products as much on my PCs anymore, I used to be a happy Xbox user, and things have changed a lot, things get really bad. I no longer have any trust in the brand.
