It's always funny when I end up meeting one of these people, I thought the flat earth stuff was just a joke, and the new wave is the freaks who think science is only right when it agrees with their political believes. Really fun.

@juzujuzu4555 Yeah I found a lot of freaks who believe in flat earth. I'll give you an example of what happens these days: Global warming: The scientific community says it's real, it's happening. Liberals: See how true this is! We have evidence on our side. Conservatives: Nonsense, it's a big lie, propagated by fraudulent liberals. Gender: Science says there are only two. Liberals: Absurd! Gender is a social construction! This is a lie created by conservatives! Conservatives: See how true this is! We have scientific evidence on our side! Both sides love to use science when they can have an edge in the conversation. And it's not right to say that science has always been wrong, the tools we have today give us advantages over past researchers.
