  3. As an American who married a Canadian and lived there for 9 years... Canada is a third world disaster in the cities. And you're right it is hard to move to Canada illegally. Impossible. But it is in such a disastrous shape thanks to Justin that the few who are allowed in legally have nowhere to live except in basements and 600 ft Apts. I could go on. The health care is a third world disaster.
