  2. This guy does not understand the fundamentals of the Chinese real estate "market." Have Laowhy and SerpentZA who lived there for 14 years explain it to you. The Chinese have way overbuilt (there are more empty homes than people in China) and the building standards are heinous. Research tofu dreg construction.
