  1. There,s a confounding element here, which is that the kind of homes and parents that would have given children two doses of a vaccine... are a different kind of parent entirely. So, likely tremendous avoidance of infection points, much less likely to take a child to hospital if they get a bad cold (because they think they are protected.)
