  1. Often, the cool down will take care of itself, rational city driving for example. But I can see this if the parking lot was near a high speed road.

  2. Production cars, yes, they will have an intercooler. But you can often do without, at least with superchargers, if you run E85. Methanol even better, but it's not easily available. Might need to run a carburetor instead of fuel injection to give the fuel time to evaporate.

  3. Might need upgraded parts with a turbo. Better exhaust valves, high flow mufflers are both good.
