  5.  @weneedcriticalthinking  you going to need to post some specifics on that. Bankruptcy is a legal legitimate course to take and has been for decades. Is it the fault of the one that files or the agency that offers it to file? Along those lines are you going to go after the fraudulent welfare and child support recipients?
