  2. terrorist means anybody using violence to accomplish a political goal. it's not necessarily negative but it has become so after 9/11. before that even newspapers supporting them would use that term to refer to them and it wasn't degrading at all. I suppose he could have said combatants or something more neutral tho to avoid comments like yours but he's a gun guy not a politician.

  8. The average crazy mass shooter doesn't have the skill or atleast the patience to build something like that, not while they're engulfed in anger atleast. The last Texas shooter bought the gun literally hours before the shooting. Dedicated gun owners tend to be quite stable.
