  8.  @eliaseilers5990  Yup. They're still being used in the Syrian civil war! Syria bought many thousands of them, put them in depots for decades, and those depots were raided by the rebels and at least until very recently they were being actively used, but iirc they eventually ran low on ammo and started ditching them.

  11. Only in the US legal civilian market. In war torn countries the ak is couple hundred dollars and they found StGs for similar price used in the Syrian war from old stocks of the Syrian army.
