I'm 2nd generation and what I can say is, with RK's way of risk management he should have been bankrupt by now if his real money is made in real estate the way he teaches other people. If you follow him you are taking all the risk, and he's just making a stable income from a job selling books and courses to you. He didn't walk the talk.
