In a way Disney would rather not make money / lose money in streaming than to let Netflix win and monopolize, so in a way unless Netflix join the cartel with Disney and other major studios, they would be in trouble in the long run, then after Netflix went out Disney would raise prices and become a monopoly itself. I think Netflix need to partner up / sell to another big one that Disney cannot mess with, like Sony, Microsoft, Amazon, Facebook, Nintendo, or another Hollywood studio.
