Remember people get shot there? That's why it was $400 a month. One of my friend's girlfriend almost got kidnap outside her door and her dad pull a gun out to shoot in the air to chase the guy away.

@CityBeautiful You can thank NIMBY for that. Basically nobody wants to build because there is always lawsuits. So in the end people prop up their old 100 year old houses with new foundation and garage, then replace all the stuff except the roof and the frame, and call it "remodel" instead of rebuild, to get around the legality as a loophole.

Hmmm, you probably don't remember back before the tech boom, how dangerous some neighborhood was. When I grew up in the 90s basically the rule is don't go into Mission after 6pm.
