Folks this is what happen when you have a system where local property tax instead of federal income tax fund basic services, it will eventually turn into a real estate boom and bust fueled upward and downward spiral and then collapse low income community because other communities won't pay to fix problems and help out the high crime low income area who needs funding in school and public safety to be fixed.
