  1. That's not the problem. China also has a lot of people wanting to be leader but the lack of caste system mean the worker has a chance to climb to the top. British is suffering the same problem now that they cannot conquer the world and their own economy is collapsing because the ruling class want to shut in to keep their influence over the poor.

  2. That's not the only reason. The Caste system literally tell part of the country there is nothing they can do to get out of poverty, so they don't have the incentive to work hard to get to the top.

  3. Corruption cannot be eradicated, only to be tolerated. p.s. China, US, Japan, S Korea all have a lot of corruption but they are semi legal and didn't stop the economy from growing.
