  1. Different companies hire different people. Some like to hire entry levels for cheap labors, some only wants to pay more to hire experienced helps. You just need to find the right one to work for.

  3. Typically intern is just a screening process so you know who to hire and who not to hire for future. You don't need an intern for an entry level job or with no background, you usually hire interns that have at least some schooling or prior experience.
