  4.  @robroberts1473  risk for no reward is stupid. To take that kind of risk you need to have somewhat of a better than 1% reward to justify break even. Even then I'd not do it for less than 5% return and I can hedge my risk with large number (i.e. my parents having more than 1 kid and I have more than 1 kid).

  5. I completely agree with you about this. It is a tough spot to be in whether to keep things open or close, or somewhere in between. You will not get people to be happy about everything closed up (because essential services is not a black and white border but rather a gray zone), and partial close up only help slow things down and get SOMEONE to slowly go out of business (25% capacity does not mean 25% rent and 25% wages). What I think is the mandatory no eviction reduced capacity law is there to protect some people and corporation but not the others. Still, refusing to wear mask or believe in the pandemic just because it is a liberal thing to do is stupid. That's the only thing I think can be universally agreed upon.
