  1. Hard to say what will happen. Politicians will always try to find a way to sell out. I think most likely they will do some eminent domain stuff to force redevelopment of older part of the city and there'll still be more Chases and Starbucks. Or the bank will keep propping it up like the way Chinese ghost city are used to print money instead of for residential dwelling.
